...our specialist technical knowledge and design skills are available to our customers in a variety of ways. In its simplest form each client in our showroom is given the personal time and advice they want without feeling pressured into purchasing. Our advice is tailored to suit each customers needs on a one-to-one basis.

Customers who live locally and have larger projects or need design or technical advice, which can only be resolved on site, can arrange a site survey by appointment. There is not normally a charge for this service as most people who arrange these visits have already decided that the Tile Collection will be their supplier.

We are also available as Technical Consultants to many local tilers, plumbers and builders to ensure specialist tiles are fixed and sealed correctly, and that contractors are up to date with the latest products or advice.

We can also try to match up existing tiles - where we cannot claim 100% success we can claim 100% effort.
